About what is it like working for Comcast in Nashville

What is it like working for Comcast in Nashville?
I was wondering what it is like working in customer service (phones) at Comcast, in Nashville. Is it stressful? Can you advance easily? Do they give good raises? Are the supervisors professional? Will they overlook a misdemeanor? (that is in the process of being expunged)

I used to work in Comcast in New Jersey, it is pretty much the same thing. It great call center experience, but it is very stressful. The training is crazy because you need to learn a lot about the cable boxes, how to reboot it, how to send signals to the boxes, how to remove and add boxes, how the connection diagram is set up, how to calculate the charges and why the charges are there, and making decisions on setting up appointments. There is a lot to learn and the pay is not all that great, but they give a lot of overtime. the calls stay in queue, but it makes the day go faster. They check your AHT (Average Handling Time) like you have to be on the phone with each customer for less then 2 mins to pass your monthly evaluation. I left there after 8 months to work for Cablevision and the pay is way better and they have the same exact system, so i didn'y have to go through the whole training again. Comcast is always hiring, you might like it...
